Abstract
Contrary to widespread public opinion, the sex trade in London is not concentrated around Soho, Shepher’s Market and King’s Cross. A systematic survey shows that a net-work of almost 750 locations exists where women sell sexual services. In addition, there are over 150 escort agencies. Women from Eastern Europe make up most of the sex workers.
